Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email jmtrabaninolopez@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before sending an item back. Products are fulfilled by different suppliers, so return instructions and addresses may vary.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. My Vintage Box will cover necessary return shipping costs for items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

We review return requests and coordinate with the relevant supplier where necessary. We will notify you of the outcome and the next steps. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. This process does not limit your consumer rights.
